About
Temp-Illusion is the electronic duo of Shahin Entezami (Tegh) and Behrang Najafi (Bescolour). Originally from Tehran and now based in Paris, they have been active since 2011.
They build dance music out of noisy and atmospheric layers, odd melodies and dense beat programming — industrial and noise folded into considered, physical live sets. The project is known first as a live act: TADAEX, SET Festival, Paraffin Tehran, SET × CTM in Tehran, CTM / Berghain in Berlin, MUTEK.AE, Insomnia Festival, and club rooms from Paris to Dubai.
Releases have appeared on Paradoxe Club, PTP, Zabte Sote (sister label of Opal Tapes) and EVEL, including the live document Autolected (SET × CTM, 2018) and later studio works PEND, failsafe, BIKH and Vittrine.
